Student Application for Alumni Mentorship Program

Students should select and prioritize 3 mentors from the 2023 NTUCPH Alumni Mentor List and fill out the application.

Matching

1.   The matches are made by the NTUCPH Office, based on the students’ selection of 3 prioritized mentors. (For instance, if the 1^st selected mentor is not available for this mentoring, the student will be matched with the 2^nd selected mentor.)

2.   The Office sends email to the mentor with the matched student’s name, department/institute, email address and the questions he/she would like to consult with the mentor. Mentors may agree or disagree to participate in this mentorship.

3.   Students should send email to the mentor for the first time of contact within a week after the mentor agrees to participate in the mentorship.

4.   Mentors may decide the way of mentoring that would be most convenient to themselves, which is not limited to email.

5.   If there is any problem during the mentoring process, please contact NTUCPH Office phc@ntu.edu.tw.
